Are there any costs for the installation of the vending machines?
There are absolutely NO costs. The installation, maintenance, restocking and all other services are all completely free
Can we choose the products in the vending machines?
Yes! Our products page have the most popular snack and beverage products we carry. We are also open to suggestions as well!
How do I get your service?
Just give us a call and we can schedule a meeting right away. We will just confirm the equipment you want, the products you need, and the date you want us to install. Feel free to call us with any questions.
How often will the vending machines be serviced?
We will add your location to a scheduled servicing route. The machines will be serviced depending on how busy the machines are but will be regularly serviced once a week. The machines will be stocked, cleaned and checked for any errors.
What happens if a customer loses money in a machine?
We always refund the customer as soon as possible. Just contact us right away and we will make sure to refund the item free of charge.
What will the machines look like?
We only use the top of the line machines, which are currently available. All of our machines have a very modern looking façade and we can show you all the equipment before we install them.
How big is a typical company you service?
Our current clients run the gamut from 15-20 emplotees up to 2,000-3,000 employees. We are able to provide the same great service for companies of any size.
